Vacation Bible School at Faith is Coming in June!

Power Lab VBS is a great chance to experience Jesus’ miraculous power!

Set your calendars and invite your friends for Faith Lutheran’s VBS
June 16 - 20, 2008
5:30 – 8:30 pm

There will be an adult-staffed nursery for the youngest of God’s children. Fun-filled activities are planned especially for pre-school children, ages 3-5, as well as activities for school-aged children.

Each day the children will take part in fun Bible learning they can see, hear, touch, and even taste. Bible crafts, team-building games, lively Bible songs, and tasty treats (including a light dinner served to start out the evening) are just a few of the Power Lab VBS activities that will help faith flow into real life. Every day kids will choose a daily challenge – a simple, yet exciting way to live out what they have learned.

We’re praying this exciting VBS program will touch children’s hearts and liveswith God’s love through the power of the Holy Spirit. Help kids in our community discover that:

Volunteer Training - after church, Sunday, May 4

There will be a training for volunteers after church on Sunday, May 4. It should last about an hour. This traininig will give you a chance to see how the VBS program will be structured, the expectations and responsibilities each volunteer role includes, and a chance for lab station co-leaders to get together and plan. It will also be a time to match volunteers with shirt sizes. We look forward to seeing you there.
